How do I find my local Belfer Lighting representative?

Email us at sales@belfer.com and we will connect you with the appropriate representative in your area.

How do I place an order?

You can place your order online through our web shop at https://belfer.myshopify.com/. Orders placed online include free shipping and handling.

If you prefer to order using a company purchase order, simply email your PO to sales@belfer.com and our team will process it promptly.

How do I pay for my order or invoice?

Online orders through our web store are paid at checkout. Several credit cards are accepted.

 

Purchase Orders can be paid using:

  • Credit Cards: When your purchase order is accepted,  Customer Service will send you a secure online link for payment with any credit card or bank transfer.
  • Bank Transfer (ACH or Wire): Email sales@belfer.com for instructions.
  • Check (overnight): Send to Belfer Lighting, 900 4th Ave, Asbury Park, NJ 07712.
  • Check (standard mail): Send to Belfer Lighting, P.O. Box 2079, Ocean, NJ 07712. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery.

How do I get pricing and product availability?

Email sales@belfer.com with your project details and product information. We will respond with a quote or connect you with your local representative to get you what you need as quickly as possible.

How do I return a fixture or initiate an RGA?

Start by emailing sales@belfer.com. Our team will review your situation, confirm your eligibility for a return, and guide you through the process. Full return policy details are available on our website on our Resource Page

What is Belfer Lighting's warranty?

Standard Belfer Lighting fixtures carry a 1-year limited warranty from the date of shipment. Extended warranty options are also available. Our full terms and conditions, including complete warranty information, are available for download on our website on our Resource Page
